2008 SUMMER PLANNING INSTITUTE The NCAPA Summer Planning Institute is an in-service training program presented annually for planning professionals and their allies in North Carolina. The overall topic this year is Urban Design in Planning. This year the Department of City and Regional Planning, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is jointly presenting the program with the Department of Landscape Architecture, NC State University.
